Services and Fees

I am licensed to provide individual therapy for children, teen, and adults who reside in California and New York. Please note, I am not a medication provider.

Currently, my fees per session are:

Individual therapy (55 minutes): $200

Parents only sessions (55 minutes): $200

I do not work directly with insurance panels. This allows us to be able to work without restrictions such as limits in the number or frequency of sessions, or the requirement of a DSM-5 diagnosis, as not all who benefit from therapy meet diagnostic criteria for a mental health diagnosis or "medical necessity."

I can furnish a superbill (receipt) upon request if you would like to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please note that a superbill does require a diagnosis and you are strongly encouraged to contact your insurance company (or EAP) to clarify policies regarding your benefits prior to meeting. The following codes are most commonly used:

Initial intake: 90731

Subsequent sessions:

90834  (individual)

90837  (individual)

90847  (family with patient present)

90846  (family without patient present)

95 should be a modifier code for insurance to indicate telehealth, as well as POS code of 02, 10, though this may vary with each company.

Business and Professions Code section 2936 requires all licensees to post this notice in a conspicuous location in the principal psychological business office.
