Services and Fees

I am licensed to provide individual therapy for children, teens, and adults who reside in California and New York. Please note, I am not a medication provider, nor do I conduct couples or family sessions.

My fees per session are:

Individual therapy (55 minutes): $220

Parents only sessions (55 minutes): $220

I am currently an Aetna provider, which I bill through Headway, in the state of New York only. I do not work with insurance directly in California. However, I can see clients through the Employee Assistance Programs Lyra Health and Spring Health in both California and New York.

If out of network, I can furnish a superbill (receipt) upon request if you would like to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please note that a superbill does require a diagnosis and you are strongly encouraged to contact your insurance company (or EAP) to clarify policies regarding your benefits prior to meeting. The following codes are most commonly used:

Initial intake: 90731

Subsequent sessions:

90834  (individual)

90837  (individual)

90847  (family with patient present)

90846  (family without patient present)

95 should be a modifier code for insurance to indicate telehealth, as well as POS code of 02, 10, though this may vary with each company.

Note: If you are a Kaiser Permanente member, they will likely not accept a superbill. Please contact the psychiatry department directly to inquire about their mental health services or a referral outside of their clinics. However, I am not an affiliated KP provider.
